Shipping & Order Policy

1. Shipping Fees  

MALAYSIA:

  • West Malaysia RM7 (Over RM120 above FREE shipping)
  • East Malaysia RM16 (Over RM199 above FREE shipping)

2. Ready Stock or Backorder?

  • We offer both ready stock and backorder items.
  • Ready Stock:  Items that are available and prepared for shipping.
  • Backorder: If ready stock is sold out, the item will be switched to backorder.
  • We’ll state it clearly on each product page.

 3. When will I receive my parcel?

SHIPPING TIME= Time to process your order

  • Ready Stock: Ship out in 1–3 working days(except: weekends & public holidays)
  • Backorder: Ship out in 7- 30 working days (except: weekends & public holidays).

DELIVERY TIME=Time for courier to deliver

  • West Malaysia: Estimated 1 to 3 business days.
  • East Malaysia: Estimated 5 to 10 business days.  

Delivery time may be delayed due to weather, customs, or courier issues.

 4. Mixed Order: Ready Stock & Backorder 

  • If your order contains both ready stock and backorder items, we will ship everything together after the backorder items arrive.
  • For separate shipment of ready stock items, kindly contact us via WhatsApp:017-272 3618 (Additional shipping fees may apply.)

5. Order Tracking 

  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and relevant shipping information.  
  • You can use the tracking number on the courier's website to check the latest status of your order.  

6. Adding Items or Combining Orders

  •  No, orders can’t be edited once placed. You may place a new order for the additional items.
  • If you want to combine two or more orders into one shipment, to save shipping fee, kindly contact us via WhatsApp:017-272 3618. (But only if your previous order hasn’t been shipped yet.)
  • Combined orders will be shipped only when all items are ready.

6. Change of Shipping Details

  • You may request to change your shipping details only if the order has not been shipped.
  • Please contact us via( WhatsApp:017-272 3618 )as soon as possible.
  • Once your order has been shipped, no changes can be made.

7. Change of Item Size, Colour, or Variant

  • We’re unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed.
  • Please ensure all details are correct before checking out.

 8. Responsibility and Risk  

  • The risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the order is shipped. While we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost parcels, we will assist you in contacting the courier to resolve any issues.  
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed parcel, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.  

 9. Damaged or Incorrect Items  

  • If the items you receive are damaged (e.g., defective or broken) or incorrect (e.g., wrong or missing items), please contact us via( WhatsApp:017-272 3618 )within 7 days. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
  • Please retain the original packaging and items for inspection. We will cover all return shipping fees.
