Return & Exchange Policy

1. All sales are final. We do not accept refund or return for personal reasons like:

Change of mind
Chosen the wrong size or colour
Don’t like how the item looks or fits
Colour looks different from photo (due to lighting/screen)
Small issues like loose thread, size difference within 2-3cm, or minor stain under 3cm

These are not counted as defects, and we hope for your understanding.

You received the wrong item, size or colour
Item is badly damaged, has big stains (more than 3cm), torn, or missing parts
Item is missing from your parcel

Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your parcel. We will cover return shipping and send a new item or give refund if out of stock.
